I'm sitting here at my wife's work (the local library) watching her get ready to close for the night. The fact is is that I can sit here and watch her all night.
It doesn't matter what she is doing. She could be reading a book, cooking dinner, watching her favorite T.V. show, or teaching the kids. Anything.
I feel very fortunate to have met this woman. She is amazing. She keeps me in check.
SHE is my best friend.
More to come.

I miss my wife
It's been a rough couple of days. I've been so worried about Sheri. I feel guilty leaving the kids to go see her, but I know that D and M can handle everything. They seem so grown up sometimes.
Two nights of sleep without Sheri (or lack of). What can I say, it's tough. But according to the doctor, she might have a chance of coming home today. That's promising. The house feels so empty without her. I miss her.

Father's Day - my first blog post
Hello. Mike here. Went to a great bbq at a friends house last night. The kids played and swam and ate some grub. Met some new people and visited with some co-workers. Today was a lazy day. After church, we made the usual trip to Wally World to get some last minute groceries for our Father's Day feast - sour cream enchiladas and cheese cake. Oh yea.
I'd like to wish my dad a happy Father's Day. Wish I could be there with ya.
